Subsidiaries

The principal activity of HSPM is manufacturing crackers, cookies, biscuits and other confectionery food items. HSPM presently produces all its products from the factory located on 7.8 acres of industrial land at Batu Pahat, Johor. The factory was completed in 1981 covering over 47,600 sq ft. Currently, total production, storage and office space cover total floor space of 317,995 sq ft. HSPM also exports to more than over 20 countries, mainly South East Asia. HSPM produces under the brands of Cap Ping Pong, Kerk and Naturell.

HSHY is a trading division that focuses on sales and distribution of crackers, cookies, biscuits and confectionery food items locally. HSHY has more than 9,000 sales points in Peninsula Malaysia, serviced by around 80 sales representatives, and has branches in Peninsular Malaysia located at Kota Bahru, Kuantan, Ipoh, Butterworth, Alor Setar and Klang Valley.

In-Comix was acquired in 2005 as a complimentary business synergy. The company engages in manufacturing coffee mix and other beverage mix. The company exports its product to more than 10 countries.
